Email help

yisuncloud Print uses email for account verification, password reset, and billing receipts. Customer email on tickets is optional (for pickup reminders via yisuncloud Pickup). This guide covers popular U.S. providers — all offer free personal accounts.

Why you need email

Shop owner (you) Sign up and log in to yisuncloud Print. Your login email receives verification, password resets, and payment receipts. You must verify before printing tickets or purchasing a plan.
Customers Email is optional when logging a ticket — leave blank for paper-only receipts. If provided, it can sync with yisuncloud Pickup for consent-based reminders.

Daily use

Shop owners

  1. Sign up with an email you check regularly. We send a verification link — click it before print preview or purchasing.
  2. Log in at print.yisun.cloud with that email and your password.
  3. Check mail on your phone or browser. If you don’t see our message, check Spam / Junk first.

Gmail (Google)

Sign up at accounts.google.com or in the Gmail app.

  1. Choose a username (e.g. yourshop@gmail.com) and a strong password.
  2. Complete phone verification if Google asks.
  3. Open Gmail → Inbox to receive mail from yisuncloud Print.

Outlook / Hotmail (Microsoft)

Sign up at signup.live.com.

  1. Pick an email name and password.
  2. Verify with SMS if prompted.
  3. Use Outlook on the web or the Microsoft Outlook app.

Yahoo Mail

Sign up at login.yahoo.com.

  1. Choose you@yahoo.com.
  2. Set password and verify your phone.
  3. Use the Yahoo Mail app or mail.yahoo.com.

iCloud Mail (Apple)

Create an Apple ID at appleid.apple.com.

  1. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Mail.
  2. Or use icloud.com/mail in a browser.
  3. Check Junk if our mail is missing.

Which email should I use to register?
Any provider above. You must verify before printing or paying.
I didn’t get the verification email
Check Spam/Junk, then resend. Contact info@yisuncloud.com if needed.
Do customers need email?
No — customer email is optional on tickets. Paper-only workflows work fine.
