1. Who we are

Yisun Print is operated by Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. and provides browser-based thermal receipt printing SaaS for small shops and personal use. Optional email features sync with Yisun Pickup for consent-based reminders. Official site: yisun.cloud.

This service does not participate in shop–customer transactions or collect business payments on behalf of shops. You pay us only for software access.

2. Where data is stored

Shop accounts, tickets, print logs, consent records, and payment orders are stored on servers in the United States. Email delivery and payment processing may use third-party providers under contract. DNS and similar infrastructure may involve additional vendors without relocating your core business database.

3. Shop owners (registered users)

• We collect login email, password (hashed), industry, shop name, address, phone, and optional logo or print preferences.
• IP addresses may be logged on sign-up, login, printing, and email events for security and dispute resolution.
• We send verification, billing, and service emails to shop owners.
• We do not sell shop owner data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Customers (when you log a ticket)

• We collect preferred name (optional), email (when provided), item description, expected date, and pickup number fields as entered by the shop.
• We do not provide dedicated fields for government IDs or phone numbers. Shops must not enter such data in free-text fields.
• Reminder emails are sent only after email consent. Every message includes unsubscribe.
• We do not sell customer data and do not use it for cross-context advertising.

5. Print and email logs

We retain print timestamps, ticket summaries, email send records, and key account events so you can review history, verify quotas, and resolve support issues. We generally retain operational logs for at least 12 months, then delete or aggregate them unless law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights (U.S.)

Shop owners may access, correct, or delete their account via Settings or by emailing info@yisuncloud.com. Customers may unsubscribe from any shop email instantly. For deletion requests, customers should contact the shop first; the shop may ask us to delete or anonymize records for that email.

Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no separate “Do Not Sell or Share” toggle. Email info@yisuncloud.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
