1. The service
Yisun Print (“Service”) is operated by Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. and provides browser-based thermal receipt printing for small shops and personal use: create a ticket, preview a 58 mm receipt, and print via Bluetooth (Android) or browser/USB on a PC. Use cases include pickup slips, shopping lists, message notes, queue tickets, and similar short content.
You may optionally sync tickets to Yisun Pickup so customers receive consent-based email reminders. You pay a software subscription fee (service period plus monthly print and email quotas). We do not participate in shop–customer transactions, do not collect payments on behalf of shops, and do not operate a stored-value or prepaid card program. Subscription fees are paid via credit/debit card.
2. Shop accounts and acceptable use
- You must be the shop owner or an authorized representative and provide accurate shop name, address, and phone number (printed on receipts).
- Register with an email you control. After sign-up we send an activation link; you must verify before printing, sending email, or purchasing a plan (valid 48 hours; can be resent).
- Collect only minimal customer data. Do not enter government IDs, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information in ticket fields.
- Ticket text (name, item description, notes) is validated on our servers with local keyword rules before save. Prohibited content (illegal material, spam flyers, unrelated classified ads) will be rejected.
- Field limits: item description 60 characters; notes 250 characters (see the ticket form).
- Send business reminder emails only after the customer clicks the consent link in our email. Every message includes unsubscribe.
- Do not use the Service for unrelated marketing, fraud, or harassment. If a customer unsubscribes, do not contact them through other channels for the same purpose.
- If you enable product barcodes (EAN-13) or store QR codes, you must use legitimate codes and truthful links. See the user guide · barcode / QR compliance.
3. Email and receipts
- Email only — no SMS. Optional welcome and completion emails are business records, not tax invoices.
- Reminder emails require prior customer consent. Pickup welcome and completion notices are fulfillment notifications and do not require separate consent.
- Receipts and email notices help verify pickup numbers and dates; they are not IRS or state tax invoices. Shops are responsible for their own sales tax and customer billing.
4. Plans and payment
- Guests may try the ticket form without an account (preview only — cannot print). After email verification, new accounts receive a 15-day trial (20 prints).
- Printing, email, and sync to Yisun Pickup require a verified email. A paid plan is required when the trial ends.
- Standard: 1 month ($9) or 3 months ($24), 600 prints/month + 200 emails/month when email features are used.
- Pro: 1 month ($29) or 3 months ($69), 2000 prints/month + 500 emails/month. Maximum prepayment is 3 months.
- Print and email boost packs add quota for the current month only; they do not roll over. Pure printing does not consume email quota.
- Refunds: digital software with instant access; refunds are generally not available except for duplicate charges or clear errors within 7 days — email info@yisuncloud.com.

5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee 100% uptime, Bluetooth compatibility with every printer, or email delivery (depends on mail providers and customer settings). We are not liable for indirect losses from missed prints or reminders.
6. Security, enforcement, and reports
- We log information necessary for security and support as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated targeted advertising.
- If we believe you violate these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict printing, email, or suspend/terminate accounts and cooperate with authorities when legally required.
- Report abuse to info@yisuncloud.com (include URL, shop name, and a brief description).
7. Cross-site integration
With the same login email, you may use sister products (Yisun Pickup, Yisun Book, Yisun Spark). Import tickets from Pickup or Book to print here; pickup numbers stay the same.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you non-waivable rights in your home state.
