Follow the main path: try first → verify email → print. Need an inbox? See email help (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud). Guests can try the form and see a receipt preview (number and details hidden); real printing requires a verified email.

Which browser · how to install

For the front desk, open this site in a Android system browser (must support Bluetooth print). We recommend Microsoft Edge mobile; do not rely on in-app browsers (Bluetooth and home-screen install may not work).

  • Huawei phones: search “Microsoft Edge” in the Huawei AppGallery.
  • Apple iPhone / iPad: search “Microsoft Edge” in the App Store. Safari works for lookup and rescheduling; counter Bluetooth printing needs Android + Edge (Safari has no Web Bluetooth).
  • Xiaomi, vivo, and other Android phones: install Edge from the built-in app store when possible.
  • Safari note: Safari has no Android build, so it cannot be installed on non-Apple devices.
  • About Chrome / Google Play (optional): Chrome from your phone’s app store also works. Google Play services are not required — the app-store Edge build is enough for this site.
  • Opened inside a chat app: tap ··· → Open in browser, then switch to Edge.

Choosing a printer, pairing, and printing

Recommended setup: used Android phone + 58mm Bluetooth thermal printer + Standard plan $9/mo. No PC required.

① What to search for online

  • Pickup receipts: search “58mm Bluetooth thermal receipt printer ESC/POS”
  • Apparel hang tags: add a “gap label printer 40×30 Bluetooth” (different from roll printers)
  • Confirm listing says Bluetooth + ESC/POS and Android support; avoid models locked to a vendor-only app
  • 58mm rolls are most common; buy 80mm only if you have a clear need

② After it arrives

  1. Power on the printer; enable Bluetooth on the phone (some models need one-time pairing in system settings)
  2. On Android, open this site in Edge (recommended) or Chrome → Add to home screen → log in
  3. Create a ticket → print preview → tap Bluetooth print (pick printer) or Generate share image (download PNG)
  4. Print a test slip first; check font size and pickup number

iPhone does not support Web Bluetooth yet: keep one Android phone at the counter for receipts; iPhone can still log in to look up orders.

Cannot connect / nothing prints?
  • Confirm the printer is charged or plugged in and not held open by another app
  • If opened inside a chat app, choose “Open in browser” and switch to Edge or Chrome
  • On a PC, use USB + browser print; Bluetooth PCs can also tap “Bluetooth print”
  • For gap hang tags, pick 40×30 / 50×30 paper in preview before Bluetooth print

Template quick pick

At the top of the ticket form, search or tap a template — fields switch automatically; the selected card turns orange. In preview you can switch customer copy / store copy / price tag / gap label; switching does not deduct quota again.

Share image · social-ready PNG

Below the print preview, open Share image: pick a theme and size (natural height / 3:4 portrait / 1:1 square), then tap 📸 Generate share image to download a PNG for Instagram or messaging. Does not affect thermal printing and does not deduct print quota.

Works for every template — pickup slips, shopping lists, in-store notices, queue tickets, and more. Footer shows yisuncloud Print (print.yisun.cloud) by default. To show your phone on the image, enable it under Profile · Share image. Demo: share image example.

Food queue · pickup notification

For bubble tea, snacks, etc.: choose the queue / call number template and enter a 1–6 digit pickup number (e.g. 027). The receipt prints the number plus a QR code; customers scan to register at the pickup notification site, and you push a ready alert from your phone.

  1. Register at the pickup notification site and copy your store token
  2. In Print shop settings, paste the token under “Pickup notification store token”
  3. Create a queue ticket → print → customer scans QR to register
  4. Optional: generate a “queue pickup” share image for social

In-store queue codes are separate from retail EAN-13 barcodes. Demo: queue example.

CSV export

Dashboard → Export report → pending / all / this month’s print log. Opens in Excel.

Gap label 40×30

Choose the gap-label template, switch to gap paper in preview, print with a Bluetooth label printer (not the same as a 58 mm roll printer).

Shop settings: short shop name, logo, field visibility; optional store QR, apparel EAN-13, and pickup notification token. Compliance: barcode / QR rules.

Import from sister sites

Log in with the same email on yisuncloud Pickup or yisuncloud Book, then tap “Print ticket” in the dashboard — pickup numbers stay the same.

Content rules

No spam flyers, prohibited content, or full phone numbers in ticket fields; over-limit text is rejected. See use cases footer.

Barcode / QR compliance

General guidance only — not legal advice. yisuncloud provides print tools; barcode licensing, QR destinations, and tag copy are your responsibility.

Product barcodes (EAN-13 · price / hang tags)

  • Retail often uses EAN-13 from GS1; do not invent 13-digit codes.
  • We validate format and check digit only — not registry status.
  • Do not reuse another brand's barcode.
  • Hang tags need required label text by law — barcodes alone are not enough.
  • Hold/pickup slips use pickup codes only — usually no product barcode.

Store QR codes (optional)

  • Link to your real shop page; advertising must be truthful.
  • If you collect personal data after scan, provide your own privacy notice and consent.
  • Do not link to phishing or misleading pages; payment QR ≠ marketing QR.
  • Leave blank to skip QR printing.

Printouts & other

  • Do not upload logos or images that infringe trademarks or copyright.
  • Slip text must follow our content rules; see Terms.
FAQ
Can I print without signing up?
No. Guests can try the form and see a receipt header preview only. Print preview and Bluetooth printing require sign-up and email verification (15-day trial after activation).
What after I register?
Click the activation link in email, then start printing during the trial. Buy a plan at billing when trial prints run out. Didn’t get the email? See activation help.
Can I print without a customer email?
Yes — leave email blank for paper-only tickets. Email features require login and verified email.
Which browser?
Android counter: Microsoft Edge recommended. See download guide.
Only iPhone at the counter?
Keep one Android device for Bluetooth printing; iPhone works for lookup and edits.
What hardware do I need?
About $50 Bluetooth printer + used Android phone — no PC required.
Out of quota?
Buy a boost pack or upgrade Pro at billing.
Barcode / QR rules?

Share image vs thermal receipt?
Share image is a large PNG for social; thermal receipt is the narrow 58 mm slip. Share images do not deduct print quota.

Enable sync to yisuncloud Pickup in shop settings; reminders use email quota when sent.
