前台 Android 手机请用系统浏览器打开本站（须支持蓝牙打印）。统一推荐 微软 Edge 手机版；勿在微信内置浏览器中长期使用（蓝牙、安装主屏不可用）。
- 华为手机：在华为应用市场搜索「微软 Edge」下载安装。
- 苹果 iPhone / iPad：在 App Store 搜索「Microsoft Edge」下载安装。查单、改期可用 Safari；柜台蓝牙出票请用 Android + Edge（Safari 不支持网页蓝牙）。
- 小米、vivo 等安卓手机：建议优先在自带应用商店（如小米应用商店、vivo 应用商店）搜索「微软 Edge」安装。
- Safari 说明：Safari 没有推出安卓版，无法在小米、vivo 等非苹果设备上安装。
- 关于 Chrome / Google Play（可选）：若习惯 Chrome，也可从各品牌应用商店安装。需要 Google 服务时，可先查看系统设置中的「谷歌基础服务」开关；若无或无效，再在电脑搜索下载可靠的「谷歌安装器」APK 安装——非必须，Edge 应用商店版即可满足本网站使用。

怎么选热敏机、怎么连、怎么用
推荐前台组合：二手 Android 手机 + 58mm 蓝牙热敏机（约 50 元）+ 标准套餐 9.9 元/月。不必买电脑。
① 拼多多 / 电商怎么搜
- 留件小票：搜「58mm 蓝牙 热敏 小票机 ESC/POS」
- 服装吊牌：另备「间隙标签机 40×30 蓝牙」（与卷纸机不同）
- 看详情页是否写 蓝牙 + ESC/POS、支持 Android；避开「只能自家 App、不能第三方」的型号
- 58mm 卷纸最常见；80mm 仅在有明确需求时再买
② 收到后怎么连
- 打印机开机，手机打开蓝牙（首次有些机型需在系统蓝牙里配对一次）
- Android 用 Edge（推荐）或 Chrome 打开本站 → 添加到主屏幕 → 登录
- 开单 → 打印预览 → 点 蓝牙打印（选打印机）或 生成分享图（下载 PNG）
- 先打一张测试单，核对字号与编号
iPhone 暂不支持网页蓝牙：柜台放一台 Android 专机出票；iPhone 可登录查单、改期。
连不上 / 打不出来？
- 确认打印机已充电或插电，未被其他 App 独占
- 微信内请先点「在浏览器中打开」，换 Edge 或 Chrome
- 电脑可用 USB + 浏览器打印；带蓝牙的电脑也可点「蓝牙打印」
- 间隙吊牌请在预览里选 40×30 / 50×30 纸张后再蓝牙打印

Food queue · pickup notification
For bubble tea, snacks, etc.: choose the queue / call number template and enter a 1–6 digit pickup number (e.g. 027). The receipt prints the number plus a QR code; customers scan to register at the pickup notification site, and you push a ready alert from your phone.
- Register at the pickup notification site and copy your store token
- In Print shop settings, paste the token under “Pickup notification store token”
- Create a queue ticket → print → customer scans QR to register
- Optional: generate a “queue pickup” share image for social
In-store queue codes are separate from retail EAN-13 barcodes. Demo: queue example.
Install to home screen (open like an app)
This site is a PWA. Install from Edge or Chrome for a home-screen icon — or use the browser normally.
- Android Edge: menu → Add to Home screen / Install app
- iPhone Edge or Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen (good for lookup; use Android for Bluetooth printing)

No spam flyers, prohibited content, or full phone numbers in ticket fields; over-limit text is rejected. See use cases footer.
Barcode / QR compliance
以下为经营常识说明，不构成法律意见。一榫云仅提供生成与打印能力；条码是否合法取得、二维码链到什么页面、吊牌文字是否真实，由店主自行负责。
商品条形码（EAN-13 · 服装价签 / 吊牌）
- 国内零售常用 EAN-13，码段须向 中国物品编码中心（GS1 中国） 申请；勿随意编造 13 位数字冒充国标商品码。
- 系统校验 格式与校验位，不表示已在全国商品数据库登记，也不替您申请码段。
- 禁止冒用他人品牌、商品的条码，可能构成侵权或不正当竞争。
- 服装吊牌除条码外，还须符合标识国家标准（如品名、号型、纤维含量、执行标准、安全类别、经销商等）——条码不能替代法定文字。
- 留件取件小票仅用取件编号文字，不打印商品条码，一般不涉及 GS1 商品码问题。
网店二维码（可选）
- 二维码请链至本店真实的网店、微店、小程序或主页；宣传内容须真实、不误导（《广告法》等）。
- 若扫码后收集个人信息（注册、留手机号等），须自备隐私说明并取得必要同意。
- 勿链向钓鱼、违规或与他人店铺混淆的页面；收款码与进店宣传码用途不同，请勿混用误导顾客。
- 无网店时可不开启二维码；留空链接则不会打印。

FAQ
- Can I print without signing up?
- No. Guests can try the form and see a receipt header preview only. Print preview and Bluetooth printing require sign-up and email verification (15-day trial after activation).
- What after I register?
- Click the activation link in email, then start printing during the trial. Buy a plan at billing when trial prints run out. Didn’t get the email? See activation help.
- Can I print without a customer email?
- Yes — leave email blank for paper-only tickets. Email features require login and verified email.
- Which browser?
- Android counter: Microsoft Edge recommended. See download guide.
- Only iPhone at the counter?
- Keep one Android device for Bluetooth printing; iPhone works for lookup and edits.
- What hardware do I need?
- About $50 Bluetooth printer + used Android phone — no PC required.
- Out of quota?
- Buy a boost pack or upgrade Pro at billing.
- Barcode / QR rules?
- Use legitimate GS1 codes; store QR must link to your real page. See compliance section.
- Share image vs thermal receipt?
- Share image is a large PNG for social; thermal receipt is the narrow 58 mm slip. Share images do not deduct print quota.
- Sync email reminders?
- Enable sync to Yisun Pickup in shop settings; reminders use email quota when sent.
